Designation:-Tele Sales Executive - Loan Sales

Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executives to join our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to present and promote our loan products. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our loan products and services.

  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.

  3. Product Presentation: Effectively present and explain loan products, features, and benefits to potential customers.

  4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  5. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  6. CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, managers, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

  9. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.


Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Experience: Proven experience in tele sales or direct sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector.

  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language]. Ability to effectively convey information and persuade customers.

  4. Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  5. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.

  6. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  7. Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.

  9. Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and ethical standards in dealing with customers and colleagues.
